Tom Clements

Tom Clements, is the managing partner at Clements & Sweet, LLP, a law firm home to a dedicated team of six seasoned litigators who specialize in workers’ compensation cases. In addition to representing injured workers, the firm assists clients with EEOC claims, wage and hour claims, long-term and social security disability claims, and cases involving serious personal injury. Tom embarked on his legal journey at Emory University, where he earned his JD in 1989, and he’s been refining his skills for more than three decades. For the past ten years, Tom’s primary area of practice has been in Occupational Disease Act claims and Catastrophic claims involving spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries.

Committed to community service, Tom has served on several boards including seven years serving as a trustee on the Board of Oglethorpe University and currently he is in his twentieth year serving as Chairman on the Board of the Atlanta Recovery Center. When he’s not immersed in legal matters or community service, Tom enjoys running, golf, hiking, and exploring new destinations with his wife of 33 years. Above all, he takes immense pride in being the father of three accomplished adult daughters.
