George Ference

George Ference

George Ference practiced law for many decades, primarily in Dekalb and Fulton Counties, in state and federal courts. His practice was broad and primarily concerned litigation. He graduated from Emory College and Emory Law School.  He is now retired as Attorney at Law, Emeritus.  George Ference specialty involved public affairs and operations management professional with extensive experience in government relations, logistics, disaster response/emergency preparedness, and public policy development.  His background includes employment in the corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. He possesses outstanding organizational and communications skills in dynamic environments.  His ability to build strong alliances, both internally and externally, at the local, regional, and national level will surely be an asset to the Ethics Board. 

George Ference is proud to say that he grew up in Brunswick, Georgia with four brothers and sisters. He enjoyed participating in track and field events in college and high school, as well as small boat sailing. He is now enjoying his retirement.
