Micah Dial

Micah Dial is a community minded leader and the Senior Pastor of Rainbow Park Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia. A graduate of Miles College with a B.S. in Business Administration, he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. Pastor Dial brings a unique blend of faith-based leadership, nonprofit service, and administrative insight to the board. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Rainbow Park and now leads initiatives focused on ethical leadership, civic engagement, and development throughout DeKalb County. He also serves as the 2nd Vice President of the DeKalb County Branch of the NAACP. Pastor Dial is a Certified Life Coach through the National Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the John Maxwell Certified Team. A proud native of Decatur, Georgia, he is passionate about creating environments where integrity, transparency, and accountability thrive.
