Jason Cecil

Mr. Jason Cecil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Tech, a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond.  He joined the U.S. CDC as a Presidential Management Fellow in 2001 and has worked as a Public Health Analyst in Global Immunizations since 2003, focusing on polio eradication, measles elimination, and immunization systems strengthening.  Mr. Cecil is President of the Galano Club, Inc. Board of Directors, an organization that supports the Greater Atlanta LGBTQ+ and friends’ recovery community by providing a safe and welcoming meeting place for 12-Step fellowships, and he serves as Treasurer of the Georgia Stonewall Democrats.
